Do the teachers make house calls?
Cours at Home is specialized in private lessons in the comfort of your home or office according to your schedule. For secondary level (lycée, high school) students our online courses are also possible.

Is it possible to pay in installments?
Of course. We offer attractive payment plans depending on the package chosen. You can chose to pay as you go in 2, 3, or 4 installments without any additional fees.

Is it possible to change teachers once the lessons have started?
If necessary, you can change your teacher at any time upon simple request. Every 4 to 6 week one of our advisors performs a follow-up of your dossier. We are always interested in your feed back regarding your course and the teacher/learner satisfaction.

Is my package available for all subjects?
Your course package is valid for all subjects. If your child begins with a math course, you can add, for example, a German course, at any moment.

Do I have to pay in advance?
No, at Cours at Home, we do not require you to pay for the course in advance. A simple installment payment is however, due after the first course has been delivered.

Do I have to book a minimum number of hours?
Our lessons are set up as a package of course hours. Our starter package comprises 10 course hours.

How long does it take to set up my course?
On average, we can set up a new course for your within 48 to 72 hours once we have receive your completed registration dossier.
