The principle is simple: once connected, you see and hear your teacher, and you work on the same material as them. It isn’t a video call, it’s a virtual classroom – a whiteboard for diagrams, screen sharing, document exchange, exercises to do online.
With no travel time to pay for, either for you or for the teacher, the lesson costs less and is easier to schedule: a single rate whatever the subject, a teacher within 48 hours – the choice is no longer limited to those who can travel to you –, and slots early in the morning or late in the evening.

I contacted Cours At Home to take Luxembourgish lessons. The lessons are tailored to what we ask for, and scheduling lessons with the teacher is very flexible. I really recommend it, I’m very satisfied.
